How long does shipping take?
DESIGNSBYMEAG are all designed and handmade by MEAG herself. MEAG tries to get your items made and shipped within 24-72 hours of your purchase!
What is your return policy?
DESIGNSBYMEAG cannot be returned, so please message MEAG with any questions prior to placing an order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with MEAG and she will help!
Do you have sales?

How do custom orders work?
MEAG offers custom orders which you can find listed on the site listed as "custom sweatshirt order" and "custom cup order." Depending on the material and design, custom order pricing may vary. Custom orders are anything other than what is described in the listing. If you like a design but the color vinyl you want the design in is not listed, this is considered a custom order and will be priced as such.
